Finally on 9th September Apple launched awaited iPhone 6S
and 6S Plus. Along with this Apple also announced iPad Pro, Apple TV and many
more.
Let's have a look at all the announcements from Apple.
1. iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus
Apple CEO Tim Cook unveiled Apple's 2015 flagship models
with lots of new features including 3D touch, new-and-improved 12MP camera that
shoots 4K video.

Apple also introduced the Apple Upgrade Plan. For $32 per
month, you can lease the latest iPhone directly from Apple, return it after a
year, and get AppleCare+ warranty coverage for the duration of your enrollment.
2. iPad Pro
As expected, iPad Pro sports a 12.9-inch 2732 x 2048 pixel
Retina Display. It is just 6.9mm thick. The internals of the iPad Pro include
the A9X 3rd generation 64-bit chip having 2x memory bandwidth than A8X chip. According
to Apple, the A9X offers desktop-grade CPU and console-grade GPU.

3. Apple Pencil
Apple has also announced stylus dubbed Apple Pencil. This precise
input device makes a lot of sense when it comes to graphic design, photo
editing and many other content creation use cases. The pencil detects position,
force and tilt.
It features a lightning connector so that you can charge it
directly to your iPad.
This white coloured pressure sensitive stylus will cost $99
and will go on sale in November.
4. Apple iPad Keyboard
Apple Smart Keyboard can fold up to become the iPad Pro
cover. You can orient the keyboard to be used for typing, for watching content
on the display and covering the iPad Pro. It will cost $169 and will go on sale
probably with Apple Pencil in November.
5. New Apple TV
Apple unveiled the next generation of Apple TV with tvOS
that now comes with an app store and a voice-controlled remote control. Apple
TV features make viewing easier : digital assistant Siri, which is behind the
voice control, can rewind a video for 15 seconds and turn on subtitles, when a
viewer asks something like “What did she say”?
Next generation of Apple TV will hit stores by the end of
October. It will be available in 32GB and 64GB variants where 32GB variant will
cost $149 and 64GB variant will cost $199.
6. New Apple TV Remote
New Apple TV Remote will come with a brand-new remote
featuring a slew of new sensors and buttons.
The top half of the remote is a glass surface, allowing
users to swipe through Apple TV’s interface, or use it to fast forward and
rewind through video. The device will also have a built-in microphone and
dedicated Siri button, which can be used to enable Apple TV’s new voice search
functionality.
It also includes accelerometer and gyroscope sensors, which will
be used to control games built for the Apple TV. The Remote will work over
Bluetooth 4.0. This Remote is rechargeable and will last up to 3 months on
single charge.
7. New iPad Mini 4
Apple almost forgot to mention the new iPad Mini 4. The new model is thinner, it packs a faster
processor, and it also has better cameras than the iPad mini 3.
“We’ve taken the power and performance of iPad Air 2 and
built it into an even smaller Mini enclosure, it’s just 0.65lbs,” said Apple
marketing chief Phil Schiller. The new iPad Mini 4 is priced at $399.
8. New Apple Watch
Apple announced that you will be able to buy new Watch
bands, and the Watch Sport is now also available in gold and rose gold
finishes. The company also showcased watchOS 2 once again, which will be
released on September 16th.
The Apple Watch Sport is currently available in
silver and space gray. These watches will be made available in October in selected
stores.
9. iOS 9
Though
we’ve already known what to expect from iOS 9, it finally gets a release date
that is 16 September. It will be compatible with iPhone 4s and later, iPod
touch 5th generation and later, iPad 2 and later and iPad mini and later.
