Apple Music Will Start Charging You From Wednesday.

Apple released Apple Music  on June 30, 2015. If you signed up for Apple Music on same day but now if you don't want to pay for this service then you'll need to cancel it in next few days as three months free service will end on September 30. If you don't unsubscribe this service, it will automatically renew on a monthly rolling contract.

If you want to continue with the service, you don't need to do anything and you will be able to listen all your favorite music and Beats 1 radio at the cost of $9.99/£9.99 a month.
It is very simple to cancel the service. Go to the Apple Music and press the account logo at top left of the app. There you will get "View Apple ID" option, press that and you will be asked to sign in. After successful signed in, go down to "subscriptions" and there is small toggle named "automatic renewal" that you need to switch off.
That's all. You won't get automatically renewed after the end of free service of Apple Music.
